The first release of OScope.

• Start it with your AI: paste the prompt from the README. Your AI checks the code first, then installs and starts it.
• By hand: npm ci, then npm start, then open http://localhost:3000.
• Check the code first: Verify with AI has a prompt for any AI and every file as plain text.
